The Residential
Protection Programs are designed to provide preventative pest and
rodent control year round. During each service the home is
inspected by a Parkway technician for signs of infestations.
Utilizing our Integrated Exterior Treatment and Rodent Detection System in conjunction
with crack and crevice treatments Parkway will control common
pests and rodents.
PROTECTION METHODS:
Our Integrated Exterior Treatment and Rodent Detection System houses weather resistant insect bait on the exterior of your home for your own protection. Rodent Detection System allows for control and monitoring rodent activity on the exterior of your home for the windier months when rodents are seeking warm shelter within the structure.
LESS TREATMENT APPLICATION INDOORS:
During the
scheduled visits, Parkway will limit the treatment to applications on
the exterior. All insects except those that fly must invade the home
at ground level, therefore exterior treatments are recommended.
The best part of the service is that you will not have to be home for
the scheduled treatment. If a problem should arise inside, simply
call our office and we will set up an appointment immediately.
KNOWLEDGEABLE AND SAFETY CONSCIOUS STAFF:
Each
of our technicians are certified with the New York State Department
of Environmental Conservation (N.Y.D.E.C.) and have passed
rigorous State and in-house exams. We are constantly training our
technicians on the latest and most innovative techniques and
trends. Our staff is backed by two Purdue University entomologists
Board Certified by the Entomological Society of America who are
available to answer any questions that may arise.
